View Development Plan Screen

You can get a complete summary of a plan, including the associated development plan items.

Depending on which development plan features are enabled in Deltek Talent Management, and who created the development plan, users with proper access can also mark items as complete, update the status of items, edit items or delete items by clicking the icons under the Actions menu. For example, an employee can edit plans and items only if the employee created the development plan, but a manager or administrator can edit any plan or item.
